I am a REPS L3 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Kettlebells & Circuit/outdoor training and I am a CrossFit L1 Trainer. We can train in your home, outdoors, or in multiple gyms convenient for you across West London. My experience includes; weight loss/management, functional HIIT body weight and  weight lifting for strength and conditioning and making you feel like a total badass.

You have heard about weight lifting, and thought it will make you bulky – false, weight training at high volume, medium weight will develop lean muscle, which scientifically takes up less space than fat, turning you into a lean mean calorie burning machine for hours after we workout. This, mixed with the right amount of cardio, HIIT, mobility and nutrition, you have the opportunity to achieve big results.

I am not here to tell you what you should be doing or how you should look, I am here to show you that it is OK to prioritise yourself sometimes, and OK to need a bit of extra motivation to get it done.
